Re: Xbox Series X|S

Follow Xbox UK too, a few of the other national Xbox twitter accounts have posted when the MS store has new preorder stock.

Re: Xbox Series X|S

The impression I'm getting is that there's going to be a lot more Xbox stock than Playstation, I think they've even said they're holding some stuff back so you could get one in store day one. So if you're on it I don't think it'll be to hard to get one soon. I'd keep my eyes open if I was you, some ...

Re: Xbox Series X|S

Still wavering about what my launch games are going to be. I'm think 3 game purchases + game pass will be more than enough. Months ago I was thinking Doom Eternal, Cyberpunk and Dirt 5. But now Doom's on game pass, Cyberpunk I can wait for the "next gen" patch and Dirt 5 I'm 70/30 about (70% of gett...

Re: PS5 - Sony's big boy

Exactly, I imagine some low hanging fruit bits might be done (like achievement/quest tracking) as that's already mostly a thing. But help videos? Maybe, but could be a lot of work especially on smaller games. Did Xbox 2013 show something like this when demoing having youtube and a game open at the s...

Re: PS5 - Sony's big boy

Look cool, but also a lot of information on the screen.Wonder how many third parties will do the extra work to support and localise all those features?

Re: Xbox Series X|S

Embargo lifts today so there's a ton of previews on Youtube. Mostly positive stuff, the general mass improvements to everything all adding up to a big leap. https://youtu.be/UK0jIkEpFhA Also interesting that the remote play is coming to the new iOS app. Which basically fills that Xcloud miss if you'...

Re: PS5 - Sony's big boy

Totally, Game Pass is the perfect antidote to anyone with that ecosystem worry. It lightens the blow if your new system of choice has a few hundred games ready to go. Also I think we're going to see them press on into the PC market too. It'd be cool if the buy once play anywhere extended across PC a...

Re: Assassin’s Creed Valhalla

See I've not played an Assassin's Creed since black flag so I think its about time for me to give it a go again. I've seen loads of hands on but this trailer really is making me questions which of the Ubi open worlds to get.

Re: Watch Dogs Legion

I go to London quite a bit and the accuracy has got interested. I'm really torn between this and AC: Valhalla.

Re: PS5 - Sony's big boy

https://youtu.be/9igB4kk67hE Digital Foundry's piece breaking down the PS5 Breakdown breakdown. I agree with what they are saying about the two different communications strategies. MS has definitely been more open and upfront about stuff, it's paid off in some ways (all the great press about BC and...
